Great news for ATA and it's donors!
On Tuesday, January 28th, 2014, ATA was accepted as an affiliate of the Armenian Engineers and Scientists of America (AESA) nonprofit. The new partnership with an already successful and established nonprofit as the AESA, will give ATA a tax deductible status and a strong support network. AESA has been committed to addressing the professional, technical, and scientific needs of fellow Armenians throughout the world for the last 30 years. It was first founded in Glendale, CA by Hagop Panossian in 1983 and in 1986 was incorporated in the State of California and recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit. AESA has a variety of committees promoting engineering and sciences within the Armenian-American community from middle school age to adults and various projects actively involved in the country of Armenia.
